Daytona Bike Week is starting! That means racing, partying, and killer bikes at the beach. It also means bike shows featuring said killer bikes. Some of Daytona’s custom shows are decades old, some aren’t, but no matter what you like in a motorsickle, the rally has something for ya. Here are just five of the bike shows you can catch while you’re there…
Most of what you need to know for this year’s Rat’s Hole Show in Daytona is in the flyer above. This series of custom shows has been around for decades and you can see them at motorcycle events throughout the year, including Daytona Bike Week.
Back to its roots for 2017 the Perewitz Paint Show will once again be held in the exclusive Pavilion at Destination Daytona and is open to any and all bikes and trikes with custom paint.
The event will feature a wide variety paint classes and as always judging performed by a select team of professional painters and based solely on paint.
In total the amount of swag and other prizes to be presented randomly throughout the event is valued at well over $10,000.
As an integral part of Daytona Bike Week, the Perewitz event provides a focal point for visitors to examine in detail some of the very finest custom paint on the planet, all presented in the center of one of the week’s biggest attractions. So, make plans now to catch the Perewitz Custom Paint extravaganza on March 15, 2017 at Destination Daytona 1637 N HWY US 1 – Ormond Beach, FL 32174. Show registration runs from 10-1 with awards being presented at 4pm
Like the Rat’s Hole Show, the Boardwalk Classic Bike Show is a Daytona staple that’s been around a long time. This year the event takes place March 17, 2017 at 11:00 am – 5:00 pm. Shours are 11am to 5 pm. This event is FREE to the public.
Bike registration costs $25, and is from 8 am to noon. The Fran Haasch Law Group will sponsor 57 trophies in 20 classes. Best of Show wins $500. cash. For more information, call (727) 935-4875.
By now, you know 2017 Daytona Bikeweek starts March 10th. On Thursday, March 16th you can catch the Harley-Davidson Ride Every Day Motorcycle Show at The Pavilion at Destination Daytona, located at 1635 N US Highway 1 directly off I-95 Exit 273 in Ormond Beach. Registration is from 10:00 am to noon with judging from 12:30pm to 2:00pm and awards being handed out from 3:00pm-3:30pm.
