In just a few days the the GEICO Motorcycle Hot Bike Tour 2014 begins!!

It’s a motorcycle happening that is all about riding and good times! No other event combines the two like the GEICO Motorcycle Hot Bike Tour 2014. Spawned from the pages of Hot Bike, Baggers and Street Choppers, if you dig motorcycles, like making them your own and live for the freedom of the open road, then the GEICO Motorcycle Hot Bike Tour 2014 is made for you! You can ride and party your way across the Midwest, hitting all five stops, or ride with us for a day and an evening or two filled with good times. Either way, you, your motorcycle and your friends are going to have a great time!

Running in conjunction with this years GEICO Motorcycle Hot Bike Tour is the Sailor Jerry Presents Hot Bike Invitational Bike Build-off and the the Sailor Jerry Presents Baggers Invitational Bike Build-off featuring the world’s best bike builders. The Invited builders will have to put their metal where their mouth is and build a badass bike that they can and will actually ride over 5 days and 1,000 + miles.

Kicking off on Saturday, August 16, in Joplin, Missouri, join us for a great afternoon of bike shows, music, food, vendors and more as part of a good old fashion kickoff party!

August 17 the GEICO Hot Bike Tour hits the road, getting our kicks on parts of Route 66 and enjoying the back roads of Missouri as we head to the state capital of Jefferson City for an evening party downtown!

August 18 we shake off the dust of Jefferson City and set our sites on Springfield, Illinois, for a great ride through the center of America’s Heartland!

August 19 brings the tour charging ahead to Bettendorf, Iowa for an evening show and party at the Isle Casino!

August 20 delivers the last day of the ride, but the fun is far from over. We’ll stop in Viola, Wisconsin to check out the S&S museum and facility. From there, the S&S team has put together a great route into Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin for a closing party that is not to be missed!

The morning of August 21 is a special event for LongRiders (those who have traveled all five days with us) where we will say our goodbyes and start dreaming of 2015!

At the Springfield Illinois stop, Eliminator, a ZZ Top Tribute Band from Chicago will be playing the expo area along with a Whisker War contest for the best beard (Full, Half and Mustache)!
