On Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2006, Hot Bike Magazine, Street Chopper Magazine and Hot Rod’s Bike-Works Magazine will celebrate the First Annual Hot Bike Night at the Legendary Buffalo Chip Campground during the annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. Hot Bike Night, co-sponsored by Viper Motorcycles will be hosting a party for those that work within the Motor Cycle Industry and also invite the public to join in by bringing your Hot Bike out to the “Chip” for a photo with the Hawaiian Tropic Girls and the Miller Lite “Miss Buffalo Chip Model”, In addition to the Hot Bike Magazine event, concerts by Kid Rock and Blue Oyster Cult will ensure a memorable evening for all!
Hot Bike, Street Chopper and Hot Rod’s Bike-Works Magazines are kicking off Sturgis 2006 with this party at the Chip to celebrate the motorcycle industry and the Chip’s 25 years as its “Best Party Anywhere!” The Chip has been the premiere entertainment venue serving the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally since 1982.Buffalo Chip owner, Rod Woodruff, said he is pleased with the venue’s new association with Hot Bike, Street Chopper and Hot Rod’s Bike-Works Magazines as they are leaders in motorcycle enthusiast publications. All those attending the party will top off the evening by enjoying the concerts by Kid Rock and Blue Oyster Cult. American Bad Ass, Kid Rock is “a biker and a quintessential entertainer with broad appeal across every style of music. Known around the world as one of the most electrifying live performers, Rock’s recently released “Live” Trucker garnered glowing reviews.
For the last 30 plus years, Blue yster Cult has been following their own unique path. Their motto “On Tour Forever” still holds, as the band plays more than 100 dates annually. Fans know the band sounds better than ever. With hits like “Don’t Fear The Reaper,” and “I’m Burnin’ For You,” their musical maturity and skill, combined with more than three decades of playing together makes BC a prime example of rock and roll at its best.
