The 2025 Biltwell Parts & Labor Expo kicked off this past weekend at the iconic Del Mar Fairgrounds in San Diego, California with some incredibly rad bikes, vendors and best of all… some seriously discounted Biltwell goods! With paradise temperatures and rad motorcycles on display, it was sure an unforgettable weekend for motorcycle enthusiasts. What began over a decade ago as a humble parking lot sale has transformed into one of the premier events in the custom motorcycle scene.

After outgrowing several venues, the Expo now calls the Del Mar Fairgrounds its permanent home. This scenic location provides the perfect backdrop for a celebration of craftsmanship, community, and all things on two wheels. The heart of the event is still the renowned Biltwell scratch-and-dent sale, where riders can score incredible deals on high-quality parts and gear.

But that’s just the beginning. The Parts & Labor Expo now features a curated bike show, showcasing 30 custom motorcycles that push the boundaries of design and engineering. These awe-inspiring creations highlight the artistry and dedication of some of the best builders in the industry.

In addition to the bike show, attendees explored a vendor area featuring yours truly, and around 100 top-tier industry exhibitors from all over. From performance parts and custom paint services to apparel and accessories, the Expo offers something for everyone—whether you’re a seasoned builder or a newbie just checking things out.
