At first glance Tulsa’s simplistic design looks much like a classic split 5-spoke wheel. But take a closer look and you’ll be amazed at the unique full 3D effect on both sides. Also a first from Renegade the Phantom-Cut is Made in the U.S.A. and CNC Machined from Forged Lightweight Billet Aluminum. The “Hand Polished” Highlights accent the rich black anodizing.
