Backyard Builds
My name is Angel Santiago. I was looking to see how I could get pictures of my bike into your fine magazine. If my bike is something you think you can show in your magazine, please let me know. Thanks and have a kick-ass day.
Editor: Send photos with brief description of the bike to [email protected].

Old-School New
Submitted by Deryl Ray
The design of this bike is reminiscent of choppers I built as early as 1968, though it is quite a departure from my first 1942 Knucklehead suicide-clutch creation. It’s a 2015 with a 124 Total Performance motor, with a Jim’s six-speed on a Rolling Thunder front end and frame. The wheels are Performance Machine, tank is Independent Tanks, and is painted by David Scotto. A huge thanks goes to my son Jake for all of the help with welding, sheet metal, and much more.

Pat’s Patina Softail
Submitted by Pat Tozzi | Virginia Beach, VA
My bike is a 1991 Harley Heritage Softail. I hand painted it with spray paint to mimic patina and then clear coated it. I also lowered the bike 2 inches in the front and rear and added a 21-inch spoke front wheel.
