Often times it’s the simplest ideas that can make the biggest impact on your Harley. One person who know this best of Joe Cutshall owner of Willy Shiny. Joe designed a set of chrome wheel spacers that replace the stock spacers. But these spacers are more than just chrome doughnuts, they actually cover your rotor bolts and wheel bearings for a nice clean look. If you’ve got chrome lower legs, wheels and rotors these spacer really give your bike a finished look.
The outer disc on the spacers are made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum then polished and triple chromed (black powder coat is also available). In the center is a pressed fit, steel machined spacer that has a built in safety stop collar which keeps them the proper distance away from the brake rotors. The spacers do not turn with the wheel they stay stationary. Best of all installation is quick and easy, just remove the axle, and replace the stock spacers with the Will Shiny spacers and you’re back in the road.
Then, for all you Fat Boy owners out there Joe just came out with his latest product, his fluted Fat Boy wheels. Joe takes the stock wheels and “flutes” the holes then get them re-chromed to a mirror finish. The end result still reminiscent of the Fat Boy wheel, just with some added bling. The flute effect really make the wheels stand out.
