2014 TPJ Custom Softail

There was great debate on which bike encompasses the Hot Bike Custom Bike of the Year. It had to be a bike that wasn’t simply riding the current trends or built so extreme it wouldn’t be rideable. It had to be fast, and it had to handle as well as it looked. After much back and forth, it was finally decided that Bryan Schimke’s 2014 custom Softail that was built for an unnamed soldier was the perfect mechanical collaboration of old and new.

Bare-bones styling combined with a big, fast motor all wrapped in a custom Softail frame make this bike the perfect choice. The fact that it was built on a budget for a serviceman protecting our country was just the icing on the cake. Bryan even went so far as to hand deliver the bike from California to Florida as a personal thank-you to those who serve us. The combination of all these factors makes it the ideal Hot Bike Custom Bike of the Year.
