S&S Cycle Bolt-On 110-Inch Power Package Installation
The S&S Cycle 110-inch Power Package is engineered to deliver big-gain bolt-on performance. It also takes the guesswork out of figuring which parts will work with what. The package includes everything you will need in one shot. S&S 4-inch big bore cylinder kit, S&S 585 cams, S&S Quickee pushrods, tappets, TC3 cam plate, TC3 oil pump, and all required bearings and gaskets are included.
We had Danny Wilson, a.k.a. Motor Witch, work his V-twin sorcery on a 2016 Harley-Davidson Road Glide with a Twin Cam 103-inch engine. He took it from mild to wild with that 110-inch boost of power in less than a day in the workshop.

Step 1: Tearing down the Road Glide. Step 2: All stock 103-inch parts are taken off of the engine. Step 3: The 585 Easy Start cams and cam plate were installed in the bottom end. Step 4: After the cam chain and tensioner were installed and adjusted, the cam cover went back on.

Step 5: S&S tappets were installed after inspecting the tappet guide lifter block. Step 6: A pair of 10.5:1-compression pistons were installed on the stock rods. Step 7: Ring compressor was used to enable cylinder fitment. Step 8: Cylinder walls were oiled up for installation.

Step 13: Adjustable pushrods in the kit lowered into place. Step 14: Rocker bases back on with new gaskets. Step 15: Stock Harley-Davidson rocker assembled back in place with proper torque specs. Step 16: Top rocker box covers with new gaskets installed.
