2016 Laughlin River Run
Started by the local Harley-Davidson dealership back in 1983, the annual Laughlin River has had it’s share of ups and downs over the years. Located about 300 miles outside of Los Angeles at the mouth of the Colorado River, the three day event tends to separate the riders from the non, as the majority of the rider tend to ride out rather than load up their touring bikes on a trailer.
A brawl between rival motorcycle clubs over a decade has continued to be the focus of the mainstream media. As a result there was a noticeable and significant Police presence this year including several under cover agents making sure the event went without incident.
The Hot Bike crew used this years event to test a pair of 2016 motorcycles from both Indian and Harley-Davidson and made the trip there and back without a hitch. More to come on the bikes.
