For 2018, the Harley-Davidson Softail Low Rider wears a price tag that starts at $14,999. The bike is available in four colors; we tested the Wicked Red option. This year, the Low Rider comes standard with the 107 cubic-inch Milwaukee-Eight engine. According to Harley-Davidson, the bike weighs 661 pounds. We strapped the single-cam V-twin to our dynamometer and it produced 76.48 horsepower and 105.75 pound-feet of torque.
