Geeked: GoPro Hero4 Camera
The big change to the new Hero4 Silver camera is a touchscreen display in the rear of the camera. The Silver also uses a new sensor. This sensor was designed to perform better in low-light situations, and the camera automatically adjusts the frame rate based on the lighting conditions. The Silver also takes 12-megapixel photos at intervals of 5, 10, 30, and 60 seconds. The Silver offers all the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity to your Android or iOS device that the Hero3+ did, along with an easy-to-use downloadable app to control the camera remotely. If you are new to these types of cameras, have no fear. The Silver has a basic mode that lets you point and shoot, or if you are super techy you can go buck wild with the settings.
We have used all of the Hero cameras to date and have found this to be the best so far in terms of simplicity, ease of use, and quality of video/photo capturing.
