HOT BIKE Best of 2014 / Production Bike
From its humble roots back in 1977, the Harley-Davidson Low Rider has been a favorite of many road-hungry riders. A no-frills, down-and-dirty motorcycle devoid of any fluff (or fiberglass), we feel the Low Rider at its essence is the quintessential Harley-Davidson: mean, clean, and covered in chrome.

The Low Rider at its essence is the quintessential Harley-Davidson: mean, clean, and covered in chrome
The all-new incarnation of the Low Rider has a 103ci engine and a six-speed transmission as well as beefy 49mm forks up front and a set of triple-rate sprung shocks out back. Topping all of this off are three paint schemes that pay tribute to the past, present, and future of this amazing motorcycle.
Sure, there are a ton of things we would change on the Low Rider the day we brought it home, but it’s a great basis for a myriad of customizing from mild to wild. And we like it that way.
