Beyond StockChopper Guys’ Bagger-style frame is the closest frame to stock made in the aftermarket industry today. Made using the highest-quality CNC-machined and laser-cut components, it allows the builder a painless bike build. The frame has a stock rake and stock stretch and accepts a 130-150mm rear tire. The main framerails are made of 1-1/8-inch tubing, and the rear motor mounts are CNC-machined. Any Evolution or Twin Cam FLT drivetrain can be used. The frame accepts the stock gas tank, fenders, seat, covers and accessories; stock pivot shaft and components, stock frontend, stock battery box, and stock or Chopper Guys billet swingarm; or a 200mm wide-tire kit for a stock frame.

Something DifferentAre you sick of the same old thing? So is Tempest Cycles. The Razorback frame is a work of art specifically engineered for those people who want something different. No straight lines, just smooth fluid curves, and, other than a drivetrain and tires, no similarity to what has been the norm for so long. Designed for a Twin Cam engine, the frame is different in every aspect, accepting the motor from the bottom, where side rails replace the standard lower framerails, making installation quick and painless. A shock block machined from solid T-6 aluminum connects the frame, rear tranny mount, and suspension into one homogenous unit. Utilizing a right-side drive keeps the bike balanced when using up to a 300mm tire. It’s available as a roller, complete kit, or turnkey operation built to your specs.

The Answer Is ClearA new frame designed by 8 Ball Manufacturing is becoming very popular with builders who are looking for a different high-quality frame. The frame features an out-of-the-box design with an air bag, oil-shock mono configuration, rear suspension with complete rear travel adjustment, and built-in suspension stops that can be adjusted from 1/2 to 4 inches of ground clearance.
