Designed and engineered to maintain accurate alignment, the CV Softail kits allow you to keep your transmission centered in your frame. What we also like about Custom Valley’s kits available with or without struts and fender is you can achieve a custom look for the fraction of the price for a ground-up conversion. Swingarm kits must be installed with OEM shocks or shocks of similar construction. Custom Valley’s upgrade swingarms are made of mild steel, CNC-machined and DOM tubing. Set up for 3/4-inch axle unless otherwise specified, all swingarms come with stock brake tab. All CV swingarms will accept a wheel up to 18 inches in diameter, but in some applications, the stock brake caliper will not work with a 16-inch diameter wheel. The axles are hardened and grounded and shaft extensions are made of tooling-grade material. Accessories are in stainless steel and billet aluminum. Transmission parts are exclusively made by Andrews Products. Each CV Big Foot kit includes: wide swingarm, splash guard and belt guard, rear axle assembly and all hardware, fender struts, billet aluminum primary spacers, shaft extension for compensating sprocket, starter and all hardware, and a detailed instruction sheet.
