Hooligans on the loose / IV League Flat Track
IV League Flat Track returned to Del Mar for it’s second year of racing at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in Southern California. There are classes for just about every kind of bike you can think of but it’s the Hooligans that are one of stand out classes at these races. 750cc and up street bikes doing battle on a dirt oval is quite the site to see and a fan favorite. The Hooligan Class consist mostly of american V-Twins with a smattering of Euro and Japanese machinery to make for some great racing action.Once a sideshow attraction, the Hooligan class is quite the legitimate class now, with some Professional riders dipping their toes into the action lately. We’ll let the photos do most of the talking for this article. The next IV League Flat Track race is February 6, you don’t want to miss it if you are in the So Cal area!!
